Individual virtual counseling

$200 // 50 minute intake session
$175 // 50 Minute individual session
$250 // 80 minute individual session

I serve clients ages 18+

All services are private pay only. I accept all major credit cards and HSA cards, and payment is charged at the time of session.

I do not bill insurance, however I do offer a superbill on request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Before booking your appointment, I suggest calling the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your “out of network therapy benefits” and learning about how to submit an out-of-network claim. It is the responsibility of the client or guardian to communicate with their insurance company about their out of network benefits.

All sessions are held over Zoom. I use the version of Zoom specifically designed for healthcare, so all of our conversations will be secure and fully confidential. You can participate in your session from a location of your choosing so long as it is a safe and private spot in the state of North Carolina (no driving down the highway, alright?).

If you had a visceral reaction to the idea of sorting out your emotional messiness with a group of strangers…this might be the group for you. It’s a bit of a drastic change to go from handling everything on your own to letting people in, but fear not; while people-pleasing dies hard, it seems to die a little easier in good company. If you’re tired of trying to untangle the mess of your inner world alone, join a like-hearted group of women as we learn how to safely navigate emotions, confidently communicate and set boundaries, and engage with the world as our most authentic selves.

Dr. Lindsay C. Gibson’s books Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents and Recovering from Emotionally Immature Parents will guide our work together.

Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation

$125 // 60 minute Individual (associate license)
$175 // 60 minute individual (full license)

Whether you are an associate level clinician looking for a supervisor to walk you through the beginning stages or a fully licensed clinician looking for some consultation, I’m here for you! I firmly believe that when clinicians are taken care of and supported, their clients will receive the best possible care. I am passionate about clinicians doing this work well, and doing it well for a long time.

I do not subscribe to the commonly held belief that “you don’t enter this field to make money” or “everyone has to pay their dues” (i.e. be paid pennies for highly qualified work). I believe therapists deserve to make an income that sustains the life they want to live and thus, allows them to show up fully for their clients. If you are an associate level clinician interested in private practice pre full licensure, I’d love to talk about what that might look like for you.
